What this calculator does
It holds a stock sheet, a cut list, and saw kerf so you can check the numbers before nesting. The planner then packs the parts onto as few sheets as it can.

A 3 mm blade takes a strip from every cut. Area maths ignores that, and it also ignores leftover pieces that are too small to use. The planner accounts for both.
2440 × 1220 mm is the usual UK full sheet. If you buy 3050 × 1220, switch the sheet size here or use the 3050 calculator.
Two 600 × 800 sides, four 560 × 400 shelves and two 450 × 720 doors on a 2440 × 1220 sheet with 3 mm kerf. Open the job in CutPilot to see how many sheets the nest actually needs.
