Cut list optimiser

Type a metric cut list against a 2440 × 1220 sheet, then open CutPilot to pack the parts.

Parts

Optimiser, not a quote

The optimiser looks for a compact layout. It does not price labour or choose a construction method. Check joinery and finished sizes before you cut.

Why two sheets are prefilled

A kitchen-scale list often needs more than one 2440 × 1220. Start with two sheets so the planner can nest across them; add more if the shortage prompt says so.

Worked example

Two 600 mm carcasses: four sides, two bases, six shelves and two backs. Generate the plan to see utilization and extra sheets if the nest cannot fit.

Questions

Does optimiser spelling change the result?

No. This page is the UK metric entry. The US optimizer page starts in inches on a 48 × 96 sheet.

Can I paste a spreadsheet list later?

Yes. Open in CutPilot and use paste import on the parts table.
