When 2440 is too short
A 2400 mm worktop will not come from a 2440 sheet once you allow kerf and a square end. 3050 leaves offcut for ends or an upstand.

10 × 4 sheets are heavier. The calculator does not split a part across sheets — a 2400 mm top needs one long sheet.
One 2400 × 600 top, a 2400 × 100 upstand and two 600 × 900 ends on a single 3050 × 1220.
Change the height to 1525 if that is your stock. The default is the more common 1220 width.
