Bottom
The bottom is inner width × (depth minus one thickness), as if it sits in a rebate at the back. Adjust in CutPilot if you groove all four sides.
Worked example
400 × 150 × 450 mm box, 12 mm, bottom on. Sides 450 × 150, front 400 × 150, back 376 × 150, bottom 376 × 438.

No. Add the face as its own part once you know overlay or inset.
